Key responsibilities:- Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and workspaces
- Replenish linens, toiletries, and other supplies
- Follow safety and sanitation policies.
- Report maintenance issues promptly
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, assuring personalized service and addressing guest concerns or needs promptly
- Ensure that our guests have a great start and end to their stay at the hotel
- Work collaboratively with other team members
- Previous housekeeping experience
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with efficiency and professionalism
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexible and available to work both daytime, evenings, and weekends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full-time and part-time positions following a 6-month probation period and in accordance with the collective agreement.
