Technical Project Leader / Product owner

At MWM, you’ll become a key player in the ongoing development of a global, cloud-based business system – specifically tailored for the media and newspaper industry.

You’ll take on a combined role as Technical Project Manager and Product Owner, where you’ll lead requirements work, write technical specifications, and collaborate closely with both customers and the development team.

About the Role

You’ll join our team for project management and product ownership. Together, we run customer projects – both onboarding new clients and enhancing systems for existing ones.

In this role, you will: Be the expert on our software Gather and understand customer needs

Write technical specifications for the development team Test new features before release

Maintain ongoing contact with both customers and developers

Conduct trainings and sales presentations

You don’t need to be a developer yourself, but you should have enough technical understanding to translate business requirements into solutions the development team can implement.

Requirements

Education or experience in project management

Solid knowledge of SQL

Ability to write clear technical specifications

Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meriting Skills

Experience in system development (e.g., as a solution designer or former developer)

Knowledge of German

Experience with Microsoft Azure
