I'm Robin, founder of Spucce Venture. Spucce is a venture builder studio. We build, run, and scale companies on our own infrastructure. The Venture Engine is our first product. It is the operating system that powers everything we launch.
Not a SaaS tool. Not another Intelligence wrapper. The operating system for building companies from scratch.
I have the vision, the early team, the working prototype, the backend, the closed pre-seed, and the cost model. What I do not yet have is the engineering leader who will own the build, put every piece together, and turn the prototype into a full production system.
That person is you.
WHAT WE'RE BUILDING
Spucce is a venture builder studio. The Venture Engine is our first product. It is the technical backbone for everything we do. It powers how we create, run, and scale ventures inside the studio. The digital twin of the entire venture creation process.From idea validation to company formation to daily operations.
It includes persistent memory architecture, Intelligence agent orchestration, modular workspace systems, automation layers, a credit-based economy, and more.
Every venture we launch runs on this engine. The better you build it, the more companies we can run with fewer people and less capital.
That is the leverage.

You step in on a moving Engine, not a blank page. The architectural work has been done. The pre-seed is in. The cost runway is clear. The work now is to put every piece together, harden the platform, and scale the substrate as the seed lands and the studio grows.
WHO YOU WORK WITH
You work shoulder to shoulder with the CEO (me), the CIO/CTO, and the CDO/CMO. Three leaders covering direction, infrastructure, and design/marketing. You are the fourth seat, owning engineering.
You are not building alone. You are not building from scratch. You are the technical lead who turns the prototype, the backend, and the vision into one production system that holds.
WHAT YOU'LL DOYou step in as Chief Engineer Officer and partner.
You own the build with the team. Architecture decisions. Memory infrastructure design. Intelligence direction. Stack choices. Build priorities. You put together the pieces that already exist and design the ones that do not.
Specifically, you will lead the engineering of the Venture Engine from current alpha through full system. You will design the memory layer, the agent frameworks, the multi-Creator coordination, the cross-venture intelligence, and the modular workspace that holds it all together.
You think in systems. You think in years. Every venture we launch runs on what you build.
This is not feature work. This is foundational infrastructure.
WHO YOU ARE
You have deep systems-design instincts. You understand memory architecture, agent orchestration, retrieval-augmented systems, and the math underneath probabilistic reasoning.
Backgrounds that fit well:
- Production ML or AI engineering with shipped systems
- RAG, vector databases, embedding pipelines
- Autonomous systems, SLAM, state estimation under uncertainty
- Multi-agent coordination or distributed systems
- Memory architecture, knowledge graphs, context engineering
You can integrate Intelligence models, design agent workflows, and architect the memory layer underneath them. You learn fast at the edge of what you know.
More important than your stack: you think in leverage. You understand that architecture decisions shape cost structure, capital efficiency, and how fast Spucce can move. You care about building something that holds up over time.
You are precise. Structured. Calm when things are uncertain.
You want real ownership. Not a title. Real ownership.
THE DEAL- Equity: 1–5% with 4-year vesting and a 1-year cliff. (Equity level depends on negations )
- Salary: No salary through summer. Once the seed round closes (target 1 September 2026), low pay begins. Market rate follows once the studio is fully funded.
- Location: Stockholm. This is not remote. The work requires proximity, especially in the early phase.
- Role: Chief Engineer Officer and partner. Board-level involvement. Direct influence on product, capital deployment, and studio direction. You don't just build one produkt. You are part of the studio building ventures.
