As Maandag® Nordic expand into the Swedish market, we're looking for ambitious individuals to strengthen our sales organization as an Account Manager new business. Location: Stockholm As an Account Manager at Maandag® Nordic, you will play a key role in our journey to expand in Stockholm. Your main focus will be identifying new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with both new and existing clients within IT.With your entrepreneurial mindset, you'll build strong professional relationships and develop a sustainable network that will benefit you throughout your career. Experience in the staffing or consultant industry is not a requirement, but your personality is.

- Brining in new clients and new business - as we enter the Swedish market, a big part of your role will be reaching out to new clients in 2 of your focuses in greater Stockholm area, supported closely by your manager.
- Build strong relationships within your 2 focus areas (Telecom, Energy, Logistics, Insurance, Finance, Industry Gaming, E-commerce and/or Biotechnology) – learn how to understand client needs and help deliver tailored staffing and consulting solutions, working with our internal teams to ensure smooth processes and great service.
- Grow through sales – you’ll develop your skills in prospecting and account management as part of a supportive and ambitious team.

- A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
- At least 2 years experience from sales in a high paced environment, either in the staffing industry or from one of the mentioned sectors
- An entrepreneurial and result driven mindset with a strong drive to succeed in a competitive market
- Fluency in both English and Swedish
- Driver’s license
- Some experience from sales within the staffing or recruitment industry
- Experience / existing network in one or more of our focus sectors: Telecom, Energy, Logistics, Insurance, Finance, Industry, Gaming / Entertainment, E-commerce, Healthcare.
