About This Opportunity

The Head of Business Analyst Centre of Excellence (CoE) enables digital competence across all business flows at the heart of Ericsson’s digital transformation journey. This position ensures the right expertise is available to drive deliverables, outcomes, and transformation success.

What You Will Do
  • Provide digital expertise and business analyst competence across vertical and horizontal flows.
  • Manage a team of Business Analysts, securing the growth, development and staffing of the CoE to drive impactful digital transformation initiatives.
  • Support the achievement of program outcomes, ensuring deliverables meet operational and strategic needs.
  • Act as an enabler across the organisation, driving consistency of people related processes across CoE (performance management, learning and development,
employee satisfaction...).
  • Collaborate with program leads to ensure alignment of resources and expertise with transformation goals.

The reorganisation of Global Journey Transformation to Group Digital Transformation team is part of the increased focus on Digitalization across Ericsson and the Business Flow Transformation execution.

The new Business Flow Transformation aims to tackle the shift towards open, cloud-based, and disaggregated networks by creating a BA-agnostic flow that captures further business value. This entails reimagining portfolio, sales and delivery processes, simplifying offerings, standardising contracts and commercial constructs, and redefining business capabilities, processes, data and applications to make Ericsson future ready.

The transformation is guided by four main pillars: Sales and Commercial Harmonization, Cross function execution (Business + Digital), Processes, Core and IT systems standardization and re-imagination, Common Data assets and products.

This is a unique opportunity to lead and shape Ericsson’s future as we transition towards software-driven solutions and programmable networks. You will be crucial in designing the systems and frameworks that streamline our operations, enhance financial performance, and provide unparalleled customer experiences.

This position reports to the Head of Group Digital Transformation.
