Univrses is a Stockholm-based 3D Computer Vision and AI company. We provide the perception and spatial awareness necessary for an increasingly autonomous world. While our roots are in the automotive sector, we have pioneered a new category: Infrastructure Intelligence.

Our 3DAI™ system transforms ordinary vehicles into sophisticated mobile sensors, providing road authorities across Europe (Sweden, UK, Italy, and beyond) with real-time, actionable insights. We are shifting city management from reactive repairs to proactive, data-driven maintenance—saving costs, reducing CO2 emissions, and improving public safety.

THE ROLE: BUILD THE GROWTH ENGINE

As a Business Developer, you sit at the intersection of deep tech and commercial strategy. Your goal is to turn technical capability into market dominance.

Your role:

  • Own the full-cycle business development process. You will leverage a modern stack (Clay, HubSpot, AI tools) to refine and operate a scalable, data-driven "outbound machine."
  • Identify and move leads through the entire pipeline—from initial prospecting and "recruiting champions" within complex organizations to final contractual negotiations.
  • Act as a "Technical Translator," converting 3DAI™ data into high-value ROI narratives for government and corporate stakeholders.
  • Represent Univrses on stage at industry events and through thought leadership, building a global network of partners and customers.
WHO YOU ARE
  • The "Pioneer" Mindset: You thrive in the scale-up phase. You enjoy building workflows, testing outreach strategies, and figuring out how to crack new markets.
  • Strategic & Structured: You are highly organized, using tools like Hubspot, Clay, Jira, and Confluence to ensure no opportunity falls through the cracks.
  • Goal-Oriented Hunter: You are motivated by exceeding targets and take personal ownership of the sales pipeline.
  • Bilingual Communicator: Professional fluency in English required; fluency in at least one other language highly desirable.

WHAT YOU BRING

Required:

  • Experience: Proven track record in Sales or Business Development, ideally within SaaS, Deep Tech, or a high-growth startup.
  • Consultative Skills: Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals and handle sophisticated negotiations.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfort with modern sales automation and a strong desire to master the latest AI-driven prospecting tools.
  • Willingness to Travel: You are excited to be in the field, attending international conferences, visiting new markets, and meeting stakeholders across Europe and beyond.

Preferred:

  • Background in road management, urban planning, or technical contractor services.
  • Experience scaling business operations in a scale-up environment.
