Job responsibilities- Provide daily support by handling, analyzing, and resolving customer-reported issues.
- Collaborate closely with development and implementation teams to ensure seamless application performance.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance support workflows and customer satisfaction.
- Host meetings with internal teams, external partners, and users to align on support needs and solutions.
- Prioritize and manage support cases based on business impact and urgency.
- You bring experience in support or customer-facing roles and thrive in collaborative environments.
- You’re analytical, communicative, and service-minded, with a passion for solving problems.
- You’re confident leading discussions, prioritizing tasks, and working both remotely and on-site.
- You’re eager to be part of a fun, friendly, and knowledge-sharing team.
- You have a degree in IT or equivalent experience, and you’re fluent in English.
