Business Development Representative - Dutch-speaking

Our client has built a cutting-edge invoicing and payments platform focused on improving customer relationships by eliminating friction and enhancing user experience. With strong growth across several European markets, they are now looking for a Dutch-speaking Business Development Representative to join their dynamic Revenue Operations team in Stockholm.
About the Role
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll play a key role in driving the company’s expansion in key verticals and new markets. Working closely with Sales and Marketing, you’ll identify and qualify new business opportunities, spark high-value conversations, and help generate a healthy sales pipeline.This is a great opportunity to join a forward-thinking fintech organization during a period of rapid growth.
What You’ll Be Doing- Partner with the commercial team to develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies.
- Conduct in-depth research to identify high-potential leads and tailor outreach strategies accordingly.
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns across email, phone, LinkedIn, and events.
- Work alongside Account Executives to qualify leads and convert interest into sales opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and networking sessions.
- Support lead nurturing efforts, including follow-ups post-campaigns and after events.
- Use tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Lusha to manage and track outreach activities.
Requirements
You're a proactive communicator who connects easily with others. You thrive in fast-paced environments, are structured in your work, and enjoy finding smart ways to open new doors. Curiosity, persistence, and problem-solving drive your approach to building relationships.
You bring:
- Prior experience in business development, outbound sales, or lead generation (ideally in SaaS or tech).
- A proven track record of booking meetings and contributing to pipeline growth.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus) and digital prospecting tools.
- Comfort engaging with C-level stakeholders; experience with enterprise clients is an advantage.
- Familiarity with MEDDIC or similar sales methodologies is a plus.
- Fluency in Dutch and English; Swedish is a plus.
