Sustainability Reporting Principles Specialist

- Be the key specialist in regulatory judgements and definitions for sustainability reporting
- Communicate and explain new regulatory requirements and how they impact Swedbank
What is needed in this role:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sustainability, Finance, Business administration, Law or equivalent
- Experience from the financial sector, financial reporting and sustainability reporting regulations such as CSRD, ESRS and the EU Taxonomy, for a minimum of 3 years
- Good communication skills, verbally and in writing, in Swedish and English
- Proven track record in making regulatory judgements
- Good skills in Microsoft tools such as MS word, MS power point and MS excel
- A pragmatic mindset and a problem-solving attitude
- Ability to adapt to a complex and changing environment

As principles specialist, you will guide Swedbank through this evolution and support compliance with the CSRD, ESRSs and EU Taxonomy. This role is new within the team, and you will join open, supportive and professional colleagues who enjoy debating accounting and financial reporting regulations.
