Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and skilled engineers to join our teams in Sweden. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions that meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.

These roles span across several engineering disciplines and offer opportunities to contribute to impactful projects in the automotive and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities :

Client Collaboration: Support technical discussions with clients and stakeholders. Ensure engineering deliverables align with client expectations and contribute to building trust through reliable execution.
Project Contribution: Actively participate in project execution, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth workflows and resolve technical challenges.
Technical Input & Innovation: Contribute ideas to improve product performance, development processes, or tools. Help identify technical opportunities that add value to the project or client.
Teamwork & Support: Work closely with fellow engineers and project leads. Share knowledge, assist teammates, and foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
Reporting & Communication: Document progress, highlight risks or blockers, and communicate effectively with technical leads or project managers. Provide clear updates on assigned tasks and technical issues.

Your Profile

Education : Bachelor’s or master’s degree in one of the relevant engineering disciplines listed below
All relevant experience in the listed engineering domains will be valued and taken into consideration
Language: Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of Swedish is considered an asset
