Concept Engineer - Chassis & Vehicle Dynamics

We are looking for a Concept Engineer - Chassis & Vehicle Dynamics for a global automotive company in Gothenburg.

Start is in January 2026, 1 year's limited contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that.

• Support the Chassis & Vehicle Dynamics team in studying current and future platform concepts.
• Work closely with the team and attribute teams to align suspension system performance.
• Represent the suspension and chassis systems in client's packaging and project meetings.
• Create and update concept and platform parts in CAD with consideration for industrialization.
• Build and analyze kinematic models for package studies.
• Organize and maintain data in Team Center.
• Perform Kinematics & Compliance (K&C) analysis on suspension layouts

• Minimum B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3-year experience from Chassis System Development.
• A strong understanding of technical development of chassis systems and concepts.
• To be able to balance attribute requirements (mainly NVH, Vehicle Dynamics, Durability, Corrosion and Brakes).
• Experience of multiple suspension systems layouts.

• Positive and agile attitude and interested in finding solutions together with other people/teams.
• Willing to help others and to ask for help when needed.
• Have an openness and awareness of Asian, European and other cultures

IT/SW tool requirements:

MS Office, Catia V5, Catia V5 DMU Kinematics, TeamCenter, Adams, Matlab Simulink This is a full-time consultant position in Gothenburg through Incluso. Start is in January 2026, 1 year's limited contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that.
