About the Role
You will step into a key role where accurate accounts payable processes are essential to keeping a production, warehouse, or logistics-driven business running smoothly. This is an environment with a high pace, changing priorities, and a clear need for someone who can create structure, keep control of details, and make sure financial flows are handled with precision.
The role is broad and hands-on. You will work close to operational and financial processes, with a particular focus on CAPEX-related transactions, historical corrections, and system-related improvements. Job Description- You will manage accounts payable processes with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and reliable day-to-day execution.
- You will handle CAPEX-related AP transactions and help ensure correct activation in line with financial processes.
- You will support and help drive system transitions, taking a superuser role in relevant finance or ERP systems.
- You will work proactively with historical transaction corrections and help ensure they are resolved efficiently and accurately.
- You will strengthen structure and order in financial processes through clear documentation and solid internal control practices.
- You will collaborate in a fast-changing environment and help create stability, focus, and progress even when the pace is high.
- Experience in accounts payable within a production, warehouse, or logistics setting.
- Strong knowledge of CAPEX processes, including activation of ongoing work.
- Experience from system migrations.
- Previous experience as a superuser in a financial system or ERP system.
- You work in a structured and detail-oriented way and have a strong focus on order and efficiency.
- You are comfortable handling historical transaction corrections and adapting to changing business needs.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain focus and stability under pressure.
- Experience in SAP.
