Work Environment
You will join the Content Tech Tribe, where we build the workflow, collaboration, and automation systems that power Hubexo’s internal operations. As part of this team, you will work closely with UX/UI designers, API developers, solution architects, and business stakeholders to create intuitive, scalable, and secure applications.
This is an environment where craftsmanship, usability, and clean application design matter. You will contribute to defining standards for Mendix development, mentoring other developers, and shaping our low-code landscape across the organisation.
Your Role
As a Senior Low-Code Developer (Mendix), you will lead the design and development of internal workflow systems and business applications built on the Mendix platform. You will serve as a technical authority in Mendix development, guiding UI/UX decisions, establishing best practices, and delivering solutions that are reliable, scalable, and aligned with organisational needs.
You will transform requirements into responsive applications, integrate Mendix apps with broader Hubexo systems, and ensure performance, maintainability, and security across everything you build.
Requirements
Your Core Competencies- Deep understanding of the Mendix platform, including domain modeling, microflows, and application architecture
- Proven experience integrating Mendix applications with other systems using REST APIs and web services
- Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript for custom styling and UI functionality
- Experience designing and advising on domain models supporting complex logic & integration requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative, agile team environment
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- English proficiency at C1 level
- Mendix Advanced or Expert Developer Certification
- Direct experience building internal business applications or workflow automation systems
- Experience with application lifecycle management and CI/CD pipelines within the Mendix Developer Portal
- Experience with cloud services, especially AWS S3 for file handling and storage
