What you’ll be doing
In this role, you’ll ensure product availability across our global network—balancing service, cost, and quality in a fast-paced, FMCG-like environment. You will own key planning KPIs while supporting our commercial teams with sharp, reliable execution.
You will:
- Take responsibility for core KPIs:
- Service Levels (product availability at warehouse)
- Inventory (Days on Hand)
- Planning Parameters (Lead Time, MOQ, OTIF, Safety Stock)
- Excess management / expiry dates management
- OOS reporting and mitigation planning
- Manage daily operational planning tasks to meet targets, uphold quality standards, and follow agreed processes
- Lead and contribute to supplier meetings to strengthen collaboration and improve performance
- Identify and escalate supply risks early, driving proactive mitigation plans across functions
- Contribute to continuous improvement within Planning & Logistics, helping elevate supply chain excellence
- Manage system settings to optimize inventory levels and service performance
- Support the development of the Planning and Logistics roadmap
- Preferably an academic degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or Engineering
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in supply planning within a complex environment—pharmaceutical or FMCG is highly relevant
- Experience working with Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and planning tools (IFS, Visma, So99+ are strong advantages)
- Excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management abilities
- Fluent spoken and written English
