As Office and HR Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our office, ensuring smooth daily operations while providing crucial support across the employee lifecycle. You'll be the central point for everything from managing supplier contacts and coordinating events to recruitment, onboardings and communication, making our workplace welcoming, efficient, and inspiring.

You’ll collaborate with managers, employees, and external partners to keep our offices running smoothly. This role is dynamic and varied, giving you the opportunity to directly influence and shape our unique workplace culture.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth office operations and a welcoming environment, including contact with suppliers, deliveries, and travel bookings.
  • Support HR processes across the employee lifecycle ( recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, contracts, HR system updates).
  • Coordinate internal events, team-building activities, and social gatherings.
  • Strengthen our employer brand by coordinating career fairs, events, and university collaborations.
  • Provide administrative tasks and payroll support, such as handling invoices, expense reports and compliance checks.
  • Manage internal communication channels and support external content when needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in HR or administration or previous experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English (English CV required).
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to structure your work.
  • Service-minded, proactive, and detail-oriented with a “can-do” attitude.
  • Integrity in handling confidential information.
