Now we’re looking for an HR Shared Service Specialist to join our HR Service Center for a one‑year parental leave assignment, with excellent potential for extension.

About the role

In this role, you become the first point of contact for employees and managers seeking HR support. Your tasks range from handling inquiries via ServiceNow, phone, and chat, to processing HR transactions in SAP SuccessFactors. You’ll work closely with teams across HR, Payroll/Finance, and our Centers of Excellence to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely HR operations.

You’ll be involved in onboarding new colleagues, maintaining employee data, supporting leave of absence cases, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and helping HR Business Partners with day‑to‑day needs. Accuracy, discretion, and a strong customer‑service mindset are key to thriving here.

Who are you?

You have 1–3 years of experience in HR administration and are comfortable navigating HR systems and ticketing tools. You communicate clearly, stay organized even when things move fast, and enjoy helping others. You’re proficient in Microsoft Office, handle confidential information with care, and work confidently both on your own and with others.

Fluency in Swedish and English is required, and additional languages and experience with SAP SuccessFactors are strong advantages.
