Kendis is a leader in Scaling Agile, and we are currently on a high-speed journey to become the AI-native platform in this space. We don't just want a "social media manager", we need a storyteller who can bridge the gap between complex enterprise software and the future of AI.

You will help us communicate how Kendis solves massive organizational headaches using cutting-edge technology, making the "magic" of our AI features understandable and exciting for global customers.

• AI Storytelling: Take complex product features (like our AI-driven insights) and turn them into clear, punchy copy for LinkedIn, blogs, and newsletters.
• Growth Marketing: Help execute campaigns that position Kendis as the go-to solution for AI-powered Agile visibility.
• Content Strategy: Assist in creating a content calendar that balances "Core Agile" best practices with "The Future of AI" thought leadership.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor how the AI landscape is shifting in B2B SaaS and suggest ways for Kendis to stay ahead of the conversation.

• A Natural Communicator: You can take a technical concept and explain it to your grandmother (or a busy CTO) with ease.
• AI-Curious: You aren't afraid of LLMs; in fact, you're probably already using them to brainstorm, research, or draft.
• Strategic Thinker: You understand that marketing isn't just about "likes"—it's about building trust and solving customer problems.
• Proactive Learner: You’re excited to work in a fast-paced Helsinki/Tallinn startup environment where things move quickly.

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Fluent English: Excellent written and verbal communication is non-negotiable (we serve a global market).
• A portfolio or writing samples that demonstrate clarity and personality.
