You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our solutions and fostering long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, inquiries, and concerns.
- Onboard and train new clients to ensure a smooth transition and adoption of our solutions.
- Monitor client health, engagement, and performance metrics to proactively identify opportunities for support or upselling.
- Create tailored account plans and strategies to achieve specific customer objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product and Sales, to enhance customer experience and drive value.
- Collect feedback from customers to continuously improve our product offerings and services.
- Conduct regular business reviews to discuss performance, goals, and value delivered.

Requirements- Experience: 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related fields.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with SaaS, fintech, or digital solutions preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decisions.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and other customer management software.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
