We are hiring a German-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a fast-growing, AI-driven B2B tech company transforming how businesses win public sector contracts.

The company provides a smart platform that helps organizations identify, analyze, and win public tenders more efficiently using data and artificial intelligence. As part of a brand-new German-speaking team based in Stockholm, you will play a key role in expanding into a new market.

This is an appointment-setting role, where your main responsibility will be reaching out to potential clients, generating interest, and booking meetings for senior sales executives.

You will receive structured training and ongoing coaching, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to break into tech sales.
  • Prospect and engage potential B2B clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German and good command of English
  • Based in Stockholm or willing to relocate
  • Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone

  • Competitive mindset with high motivation to succeed
  • Coachable and eager to learn
  • Interest in sales, business, or technology
  • No prior sales experience required — full training is provided.
