Junior Commercial Manager (Temporary position)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Commercial Manager to join our sales team during a period of parental leave. Your primary focus will be to support our growth in North America by identifying and qualifying potential leads and assisting senior sales staff in the sales process.

Key responsibilities:

• Outreach and follow-up on cold and warm leads, primarily within the North American market.
• - Proactive outreach (calls and emails) to book product demonstrations for senior sales executives.
• - Managing and documenting all sales activities in HubSpot CRM.
• - Assisting senior sales managers with administrative tasks and sales preparation.
• - Gradually performing independent product demonstrations for potential customers.

Requirements:

• Excellent command of the English language: As the role focuses on the North American market, excellent command of spoken and written English is mandatory.
• - Product Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of the Sleip product, its technical application, and its specific use cases within the equine industry.
• - Software: Experience working with HubSpot or similar CRM systems.
• - Strong communication skills and a persistent, results-oriented mindset.

Desirable qualifications:

• First-hand knowledge of American business culture and the US equine market.
• - Previous experience in equine health, veterinary tech, or high-performance equestrian sports.
