AI GTM Engineer

Innovx is an AI-Native Venture Engine. Based in Gothenburg, we are rebuilding the "back-office" and "middle-office" of the Swedish business landscape from the ground up using agentic workflows and high-leverage engineering.

We're now looking for an AI GTM Engineer to design, build, and run AI-powered growth systems that turn significant ad budgets into scalable conversions and pipeline across multiple brands.

The role is remote-friendly.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You'll work across Innovx's portfolio of companies – Social Recruiting (Adway), AI Finance (Fintower), Loan Brokerage (Reducero), and Brand Systems (Brandvibes) – each with its own market, audience, and growth challenges. Your job is to build the revenue engine behind all of them.

You'll live inside Claude Code, ship automations daily, and own end-to-end results from traffic to revenue. You'll work across a multi-brand portfolio with $100K+/month ad budgets on an AI-native stack.

This is a hands-on builder role. You don't write strategy decks – you ship systems that generate revenue.

• Scale $100K+/month ad budgets across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Bing.
• Design campaigns, audiences, GEO targeting, bidding strategies, and creative pipelines to maximize ROAS.
• Work daily in GA4, Search Console, and platform analytics.
• Optimize conversion infrastructure through A/B testing of landing pages, forms, and CTAs.

• Generate hundreds of ad variants using Higgsfield, HeyGen, and Superwhisper, codified with each brand's positioning, tone, and visual style.
• Integrate creative workflows with ad platforms: auto-generate, deploy, track, kill underperformers, and double down on winners. All automated.

• Live inside Claude Code. Build and ship automations daily – data analyst agents, content generators, lead enrichment flows, reporting bots, and social selling assistants.
• Orchestrate n8n/Make workflows connecting CRM, ad platforms, enrichment tools, and content engines.

• Enrich inbound leads via Apollo, ZoomInfo, and LeadIQ with LinkedIn, role, seniority, and company signals. Segment and distribute 100K+ contacts intelligently across sales teams.
• Build outbound as an inbound amplifier: PhantomBuster, Apollo, MillionVerifier, and Instantly.

SEO and organic growth:

• Identify top domains for brand keywords and run outreach for backlinks and guest posts.
• Coordinate GEO-localized content and SEO experiments to compound paid traffic with organic growth.
• Document lean playbooks per brand.

• You have 3–5+ years of experience scaling B2B growth systems and have managed serious ad budgets.
• You know GA4 and ad platforms inside out.
• Claude Code is your IDE – you think in prompts, agents, and orchestration. n8n, Make, and API chains are your daily tools.
• You live in dashboards and ad consoles and turn numbers into revenue actions.
• You ship fast, test ruthlessly, and kill what doesn't work.
• You can take a brand's positioning and encode it into prompts and automations that scale without losing soul.

Experience with Higgsfield, HeyGen, PhantomBuster, Apollo, Instantly, or SEO tools is a plus.

FIRST 90 DAYS

Within your first 90 days you'll have:

• 2–3 brands running full inbound systems with tracked ROAS, conversion rates, and pipeline attribution across multiple ad platforms.
• GA4 dashboards live per brand showing GEO/UTM breakdowns with measurable uplift from your optimizations.
• Creative pipelines shipping hundreds of variants per month – winners scaled, losers killed, all automated.
• Enriched and routed leads flowing seamlessly to sales, plus 1–2 outbound amplifiers live and monitored.
• Lean playbooks documented per brand.
