WHAT YOU’LL DO.
As a Senior engineer, responsibility includes shaping the technical vision and architecture of platform domains with a strong focus on:
- Designing and evolving scalable, high-performance system in Go
- Driving system design decisions that support both single-tenant and multi-tenant architectures at scale
- Unifying and improving infrastructure and services to enable efficient scaling and reliability
- Driving AI-assisted engineering practices, including agentic coding and tool creation
- Partnering with Engineering and Product Managers to define the technical roadmap and future platform capabilities
- Proven experience designing, building and operating complex distributed systems
- Strong expertise in Go and backend engineering best practices
- Deep understanding of system design, scalability and performance optimization
- Proven ability to incorporate AI coding tools into development workflows while maintaining high standards of code quality and engineering discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in English, able to explain complex systems clearly
- Strong ownership mindset with attention to detail and quality
- GraphQL experience is nice to have, but strong API design, backend fundamentals and the ability to learn quickly are more important
- Languages: Go, PHP 8.3, GraphQL
- Databases: MySQL, Elasticsearch, Redis
- Infrastructure: Kubernetes, EKS, AWS, GCP, DigitalOcean
- Tools: GitHub, GitLab
