We are looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 Engineer to join a large, complex organization on an important assignment within Sales and Marketing. This role suits someone who combines strong technical expertise with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders.You will play a key role in designing, developing, and integrating Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring that technical implementations are aligned with real business needs.The assignment is hands-on and requires both depth in Dynamics 365 and a proactive, collaborative mindset. Key responsibilities - You will design and develop solutions across Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing
- You will build and maintain backend services, integrations, and custom plugins within the Dynamics ecosystem
- You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solutions
- You will ensure high system quality, stability, and scalability through proactive issue management and continuous improvement
- Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Developer, Engineer, or Solution Architect
- Strong understanding of CRM module functionality within Dynamics 365
- Solid background in C#, .NET, Power Platform, and modern integration frameworks
- Hands-on experience with custom plugins, workflows, and backend logic in Dynamics 365
- Experience working with REST APIs, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, or similar technologies
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead discussions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Fluent English is required.
