We are seeking an experienced and proactive Service Delivery Specialist to strengthen our internal product teams by enhancing operational processes and driving improvements across the organization.
About the Assignment:
This role is part of an ongoing transformation initiative aimed at evolving an internal readiness and compliance framework into a fully integrated operational standard. The framework ensures that applications meet critical criteria before being released into production, focusing on stability, compliance, and operational resilience.
As we scale our digital landscape, the Service Delivery Specialist will be instrumental in embedding this framework into everyday practices—acting as both a strategic enabler and a driver of operational excellence. You will collaborate closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure alignment, continuity, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate alignment and communication between product teams, technical stakeholders, and business functions.
- Lead cross-functional forums to support prioritization and drive engagement around the framework's agenda.
- Support onboarding of new applications into production by applying best practices in service readiness.
- Help teams interpret and meet compliance and operational standards.
- Evaluate and improve service management workflows across teams and units.
- Drive business impact analyses and highlight risks or delays in implementation.
- Support governance processes, track compliance actions, and report key performance indicators.
- Act as an advisor in incident, problem, change, and knowledge management processes.
- Promote awareness and adoption of the framework across the organization.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in Business Impact Analysis and compliance tracking.
- Skilled in compliance reporting and stakeholder communication using dashboards and metrics.
- Strong background in IT service management, including:
- Incident Management
- Problem Management
- Change Management
- Knowledge Management
- Business Continuity Planning
- Proficiency in risk management, issue escalation, and maintaining governance alignment.
- Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams and vendors.
- Excellent understanding of ITIL practices and operational best practices.
- Fluency in English and Swedish (written and spoken).
- Awareness of cybersecurity principles and their role in service delivery.
Nice to Have:
- ITIL certification or foundational knowledge.
- Experience in quality assurance (QA) and ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and current trends in IT operations.
