How You’ll Make an Impact- Lead failure analysis of turbine components, using advanced analytical and testing tools
- Qualify and evaluate suppliers to ensure the highest standards for materials and processes
- Oversee quality assurance for in-house and outsourced manufacturing, including forging, casting, welding, brazing, and machining
- Support R&D projects, collaborating with engineers and experts to drive innovation
- Tailor your responsibilities to your strengths and interests, contributing to both daily operations and long-term projects
- You hold an MSc in Materials Technology, Metallurgy, or a related field
- You have at least 5 years of experience in materials engineering or a similar area
- You bring deep expertise in metallic materials, failure analysis, and microscopy
- You are proficient in manufacturing methods such as forging, casting, welding, brazing, and machining
- You are fluent in English; Swedish language skills are a plus
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and structured
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently
