Founding Designer
We are hiring on behalf of a fast-growing AI company operating at the forefront of autonomous marketing technology. The team has recently secured significant venture funding and is expanding its core product group. Their platform is used by agencies and brands worldwide and is built around a network of self-learning AI agents that collaborate with human marketers to drive performance and efficiency.
We are looking for a Founding Designer who will define and own the product’s design language, user experience, and visual direction. This is a high-impact role where you will help shape a category-defining product from the earliest stages.
About the Role
As the Founding Designer, you will lead end-to-end UX/UI across dashboards, workflows, reporting views, and multi-agent interaction interfaces. You will transform complex technical workflows into simple, intuitive, and visually refined product experiences.You will work closely with the founders and engineering team to define how users understand, navigate, and collaborate with AI systems.
Requirements- Lead UX/UI design across dashboards, workflows, reporting, and agent communication interfaces
- Translate complex multi-agent systems into clean, modern, and intuitive product experiences
- Build and maintain a scalable design system from scratch
- Design onboarding flows for agencies and internal teams, reducing friction and improving activation metrics
- Develop visual frameworks that explain how users collaborate with AI agents
- Partner closely with engineering and product leadership to move concepts from exploration to production
- Continuously refine clarity, usability, and experience quality as the platform scales
- Exceptional design taste with high-quality visual execution
- Strong UX capability and systems-thinking skillset
- Experience designing dashboards, workflow tools, or complex internal systems
- Ability to simplify technical complexity without oversimplifying
- High ownership and comfort operating as the first designer
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- A portfolio demonstrating strong UX, systems thinking, and polished UI work
- Experience simplifying complex workflows in SaaS, data, or technical environments
- Background in design systems, component libraries, or foundational product frameworks
- Proactive, accountable, and detail oriented
- Collaborative and fast-moving
- Comfortable working with high autonomy in an early-stage environment
