Imagine being a key player in a dynamic project team responsible for the electrical design of modernization and upgrade projects for steam and gas turbines. You will engage in replacing existing control systems and creating detailed drawings in our CAD systems, AutoCAD and Comos.

By preparing documentation for the dismantling and installation of new systems, you will ensure that projects are delivered with high quality, on time, and within budget. You will also have the opportunity to travel to facilities to provide technical support during installations, allowing you to truly make a difference.

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • You will lead the electrical design within the project team, ensuring high quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.
  • You are responsible for developing documentation for the replacement of control systems and updating drawings in AutoCAD and Comos.
  • You will prepare documentation that describes the dismantling of old systems and the installation of new ones.
  • You will participate in customer meetings, documenting key decisions and progress.
  • You will travel to facilities to provide technical support during installation work.
What You Bring
  • You have approximately five years of experience in electrical design, particularly within control systems.
  • You possess good experience with CAD tools such as AutoCAD, El-Master, E-Plan, and Comos.
  • Experience with high voltage systems is a plus.
  • You have the ability to manage international contacts professionally and are open to working in a global environment.
  • Proficiency in Swedish is a plus, but not a requirement; you are fluent in English.
  • You are structured, proactive, and goal-oriented, with a passion for delivering results.

About the Team

You will become part of the electrical design office, consisting of 10 knowledgeable designers. Together, you will work within Mods&Ups in the service division at Siemens Energy AB in Finspång. The team is dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions for the modernization and upgrading of energy systems, striving to create sustainable and cost-effective energy solutions.

Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
