- Act as a strategic business partner to Nordic commercial teams, embedding RGM best practices in four key markets.
- Drive revenue and gross margin improvements, tracked both in absolute terms and as a percentage of sales.
- Deploy global pricing analytics tools to shape long-term pricing strategy and agile short-term actions.
- Lead campaign analytics to assess promotional ROI, steer improvements, and enhance store-level execution.
- Review and report on Trade Investment, aligning it to market structures and maximizing ROI with SMART goals.
- Provide regular analysis of brand/category performance, identifying risks and uncovering new opportunities.
- Support the Nordic Stars Squad on price/pack architecture projects for two leading regional brands.
- Work cross-functionally with commercial, brand, sales, analytics, and insight teams across multiple markets.
- Minimum 3 years of in-market RGM experience, ideally within FMCG or healthcare.
- Proven financial acumen: you understand how to grow revenue and profit from both customer and brand owner perspectives.
- Strong command of market data and analytics to build commercially sound, customer-centric strategies.
- High numerical and analytical reasoning skills.
- Advanced Excel skills and solid MS Office proficiency; Power BI experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills across functions and geographies.
- Experience with Trade Promotions Management is advantageous.
- Fluent in English; able to work independently and drive initiatives across borders.
