Senior IT Project Manager
We are seeking an IT Project Manager with extensive experience to plan and manage multiple IT initiatives in parallel, across teams and areas. This is one-year consultancy consultancy contract.

Expected Outcome:Delivery of IT project initiatives with a focus on CRM and adjacent systems, ensuring business and technical requirements are met.
Role & Responsibilites:
- Lead initiatives and tasks to completion across teams
- Align teams and stakeholders on project priorities
- Track timelines, plans, and deliverables
- Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications
- Support development teams and escalate risks when necessary
- Report on progress, dependencies, and risks to stakeholders
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Product Owners, and other technical teams
- IT Project Management Expert: Proven experience managing large-scale IT projects, system transformations, or migrations
- Ability to set project goals, manage scope, timelines, and dependencies
- Experienced in test, cutover, and go-live activities
- Strong communication and reporting skills to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with CRM systems, Salesforce, APIs, Middleware, and multi-provider environments
- Sequencing of CRM task execution
- Data mapping and flow design
- Customer support and sales process knowledge
- Solution design, system architecture understanding
- Salesforce platform knowledge and admin skill
- Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Team-oriented, collaborative, and proactive
