The role

For our business in Sweden, we are looking for a Country Manager.

In this role, you lead customer relationships and drive sustainable and profitable growth in the Country.

Next to this you ensure that all applicable legal requirements are complied with and will provide input to SDS Europe strategy.

You are accountable for budget and policy recommendations and medium-term planning

Role details

In addition, you will report to the CEO of SDS Europe.

Strategy Leadership

Provides input to SDS Europe strategy. Acts as the local driver of demand growth, raising awareness and ensuring action is taken to maximize market opportunities and performance.

Strengthening Competency

Leads customer value driven collaboration, managing the Strategic Account and Key Account structures in the Country and driving systematic reductions in overdue receivables.

Targets & Budget

Full profit and loss responsibility for the Sweden branch.

Growth

Fully utilizes all accessible market channels across Country/Business area, representing SDS's full portfolio to drive organic growth.

Delivery

Delivers agreed service levels through efficient business and support functions as well as shared platforms. Leads staff in the Country towards high efficiency and effectiveness.

Ensures fiduciary responsibilities are met in the Country, including financial reporting, legal structure, operating and trading licenses, partner management and reporting, internal and external auditing, and quality certification.

Ensures SDS standards are met with regard to Company values, health and safety, environment, security and integrity and acts as a personal role model for the organization.

Role requirements

We are looking for a proactive person, strong communicator with strong analytical capabilities.

You meet the following requirements.
  • Korean and English speaker (professional level)
  • Academic work and educational level, Supply Chain Management or commercial.
  • Minimum of 8-year relevant experience in a Korean company
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in logistics
  • Experience with stakeholder management on a tactical and strategic level

Salary package includes Market level base salary, bonus and company car
