The Role
We are seeking an experienced leader to drive digital and commercial transformation initiatives for leading telecom operators and public sector entities. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in commercial strategy, product portfolio restructuring, digital transformation, and consumer insights. This role requires a strong background in managing large-scale programs and working with multi-vendor ecosystems across BSS, ICT, OTT, and emerging technologies. Key Responsibilities:
- Digital & Commercial Transformation: Implement digital strategies; transform B2B/B2C segments; drive go-to-market strategies; leverage analytics for commercial strategies.
- Program & Project Leadership: Direct large-scale BSS transformations; oversee FTTx network rollouts; manage PMOs for governance.
- Strategic Advisory & Innovation: Develop pricing roadmaps; lead feasibility assessments; advise on PPP models in public sectors.
- 15+ years of experience in telecom, media, or technology consulting.
- Strategic Thinking: Expertise in commercial strategy and revenue optimization.
- Digital Transformation: Proven leadership in digital initiatives.
- Program Management: Strong track record in managing large projects.
- Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of telecom BSS, Smart Cities, OTT.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to leverage data for decision-making.
- Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Experience with C-level executives and regulatory bodies.
- Education & Certification: bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant fields; certifications like in Program Management (PMP, PRINCE2) or Agile methodologies are advantageous.
- You will be required to pass through SC Security Clearance if you are successful in this recruitment process, which is a condition of undertaking the role
