The essence of the role
As Global HR Business Partner, you will be located in Stockholm, Sweden, and you will report to the Head of HR EMEA. You will be part of a global HR team and work closely with leaders in different countries, alongside global and country HRBPs, as well as HR specialists in our Global HR Communities of Practice.
As our new Gloabl HR Business Partner you will:
- Act as a trusted strategic HR Business Partner to senior leaders across Engineering and Product.
- Provide expert HR guidance and hands-on support in areas such as organizational development, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
- Lead and support global HR initiatives and processes to align with both business goals and regional needs.
- Drive people aspects of organizational change, transformation initiatives, and business performance improvements.
- Collaborate on and influence the development of future-proof organizational structures and capabilities.
- Coach and advise leaders through complex people matters, including team effectiveness, leadership development, and organizational change.
- Support and facilitate compensation and benefits planning, ensuring alignment with global frameworks and local practices.
- Guide and ensure consistency in performance management, succession planning, and career development efforts.
- Contribute regional and functional insights to shape the global HR agenda and influence cross-company HR strategies.
- Partner with HR colleagues to harmonize HR practices and help create a unified, consistent employee experience across geographies.
- Use data and analytics to identify trends, support decision-making, and proactively address workforce issues.
- Serve as a cultural ambassador, supporting the integration of company values into everyday HR practices and leadership behavior.
In order to be successful in this role, we believe you have:
- More than 10 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR manager in a global environment.
- A wide range of HR expertise spanning various HR areas including workforce planning, organizational design and change management, job role frameworks and career planning, performance development, compensation and benefits, and overall operational excellence in HR.
- Project management capability: you possess the expertise to seamlessly define, structure, and lead various HR initiatives, applying a project-oriented approach
- You're a go-getter, someone who takes the initiative, steer your work independently and thrive in fast-paced environments and have the agility and resilience to adjust to change. You love bringing order to things .
- Your verbal and written communication skills in English are top-notch and people trust you easily at all levels, thanks to your excellent relationship-building skills
- You're highly proficient in Microsoft Office programs
