About the Role
You will join a purchasing team in a technical environment where reliable sourcing has a clear impact on daily operations and ongoing transformation. This role combines hands-on order management with procurement and call-offs against existing agreements, and you will support the areas where the need is greatest across civil works, electrical power and mechanical disciplines.You will work closely with buyers, suppliers and internal stakeholders to secure the right deliveries on the right terms while keeping purchasing data accurate and up to date. Job Description- You will manage call-offs against existing contracts and framework agreements.
- You will request quotations and drive competitive sourcing of contractors and technical consultants.
- You will negotiate prices and delivery times with suppliers.
- You will handle order management, collect and register order confirmations, and follow up on deviations with relevant stakeholders.
- You will update prices, lead times and minimum quantities in the VMS system.
- You will support procurement activities across technical categories such as civil works, electrical power and mechanical disciplines.
- You will collaborate closely with purchasing colleagues and contribute to improved ways of working.
- You have relevant experience in purchasing or procurement, including call-offs against existing contracts and requests for quotation.
- You have experience of framework agreements and procurement of contractors.
- You have experience from technical sourcing within areas such as civil works, electrical power or mechanical disciplines.
- You have experience of, or solid familiarity with, AB04, ABK09 and ABT06.
- You have experience with e-Avrop.
- You are comfortable working with order management and maintaining purchasing data in a VMS system.
- You communicate professionally in both Swedish and English.
- You work in a flexible, positive and collaborative way.
