🎯 THE ROLE:You’ll be responsible for building and running the autonomous revenue engine across Innovx’s portfolio of companies (Adway, Fintower, Reducero, and Brandvibes). You’ll manage significant ad budgets, but you won't do it the "old way."
At Innovx, we are rebuilding the GTM stack from the ground up using agentic workflows. Your hands-on experience in performance marketing will directly inform the AI systems we build—you won’t just use the platform; you’ll play a key role in defining how AI scales our growth.
💻 WHAT YOU'LL DO:- Scale Paid Traffic: Manage $100K+/month ad budgets across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok to maximize ROAS and pipeline.
- Automate Creative Pipelines: Use AI tools like Higgsfield and HeyGen to generate hundreds of ad variants, encoding brand positioning into automated workflows.
- Conversion Infrastructure: Own the end-to-end journey from traffic to revenue through A/B testing of landing pages, forms, and CTAs.
- AI-Native Marketing Ops: Live inside Claude Code and n8n to automate lead enrichment, reporting, and social selling assistants.
You’re a high-leverage growth marketer who is "AI-forward." You don't see AI as a buzzword, but as an opportunity to do the work of a 10-person marketing team. You ship fast, test ruthlessly, and are genuinely curious about how to encode brand "soul" into automated systems.
✅ REQUIREMENTS:- 📊 3–5+ years of experience scaling B2B growth systems and managing serious ad budgets.
- 📈 Expert-level knowledge of GA4 and primary ad consoles (Meta, Google, LinkedIn).
- 🤖 Proficiency in using LLMs (like Claude) and automation tools (n8n/Make) in your daily workflow.
- 💬 Professional proficiency in English.
- 🚀 A "builder" mindset—you prefer shipping revenue-generating systems over writing strategy decks.
