Deedster is a Swedish climate tech company with a mission to accelerate the global sustainability transition. Through digital solutions like Deedster CAP and Deedster at Work, we empower banks and businesses worldwide to understand, measure, and reduce their carbon footprint.Their clients are primarily within the financial and banking sector but they also work with corporates supporting their strategic Net-zero programs. Deedster is currently in an exciting growth phase, with a strong focus on expansion across the Nordics and Europe.
Job Description
They are looking for a goal-oriented and self-driven B2B sales professional with a true hunter mindset to help grow Deedster’s business within the banking sector. You will take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and play a key role in their growth journey.The initial focus will be on the Nordic market, with clear opportunities to expand across Europe.
Responsibilities- Drive the full sales process from first contact to closed deal
- Prospect and build relationships with banks and financial institutions
- Identify client needs and tailor solutions accordingly
- Win new clients and develop long-term strategic partnerships
- Represent Deedster in customer meetings, industry events, and other external forums
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction
Your Profile
You’re a results-driven salesperson motivated by closing deals and exceeding targets. You have a strategic and structured way of working, but you’re also quick to act when opportunities arise. You’re self-motivated, thrive on responsibility, and want to make a real impact, for both the business and the climate.
Requirements- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in tech or SaaS
- Proven track record of strong sales performance and closing complex deals
- Ability to engage with decision-makers in large organizations
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Confident using modern sales tools (e.g. HubSpot, Pipedrive, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Experience selling to banks or within fintech
- Interest in or background in sustainability and ESG
- Experience with regulation-driven sales (e.g., CSRD, ESG reporting)
- Proficiency in Swedish or another Nordic language
