What Youll Do- Lead end-to-end development of a web-based SaaS platform used by hundreds of recruiters and companies
- Build and scale backend systems with Node.js, Supabase, and PostgreSQL
- Develop clean, performant frontends with Next.js, TypeScript, and tRPC
- Work closely with design and product to deliver seamless user experiences
- Optimize performance, data architecture, and platform reliability
- 5+ years of fullstack or product development experience
- Strong skills in TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js, tRPC, Supabase, PostgreSQL, and Vercel
- Deep backend knowledge (API design, scalability, performance tuning)
- Product-driven mindset and understanding of UX principles
- A collaborative, proactive approach you take ownership and deliver
- fluent English skills (spoken and written)
