About the Role:

As a Solution Specialist, you will be the technical expert working alongside our Sales Agents and Partners to maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities. Your mission is to align our cloud solutions with the customer's business needs, making sure they understand the full value of what we offer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Sales Agents and Connection Managers to drive upsell and cross-sell success
• Present the value and differentiation of cloud solutions tailored to each customer's business goals and IT initiatives
• Provide technical product overviews and insights that match customer needs and usage scenarios
• Drive customer success with innovative ideas and increase technical know-how internally and externally
• Audit and validate implementation requirements, including accurate cost projections for new services
• Conduct live solution demonstrations via Microsoft Teams
• Lead training sessions (group and one-on-one) across the Center to share your technical expertise

What Were Looking For:

• Solid B2B tech sales experience with a focus on cloud technologies
• Native or fluent Swedish speaker
• Strong knowledge of solution selling techniques and cloud-based services
• Excellent presentation and communication skills (both technical and non-technical)
• Ability to work onsite in Málaga
