The role

As a Product Manager in our Sales Air Content team, you’ll join a vibrant and dynamic group of 30+ professionals dedicated to optimizing our flight content offering. Our mission? To ensure Etraveli offers a World Leading Air Content product that drives success for both Etraveli and our partners.We're looking for a passionate and innovative individual to take ownership of the relationships with our flight and ancillary providers from the perspective of the team, strengthening collaboration and support to drive innovation and growth.
As a Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to revolutionize the way we source and distribute our flight content. Your primary focus will be to ensure that the team continuously improves the relationship with our providers and our technical solutions with them, especially regarding quality, accuracy, and competitiveness of incoming flight content.
Your creative solutions and strategic insights will be crucial as you:
- Ensure an overall efficient and collaborative approach with our providers to improve functionality and processes as well as driving growth.
- Lead the Sales Air Content team’s efforts to ensure we, as a team, deliver consistently with our main content providers, aligning actions and outcomes with shared objectives.
- Analyze data to identify where providers can improve content delivery, ensuring we meet the quality and availability standards required by our B2B partners.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to identify content gaps, prioritize development, and drive initiatives that enhance our overall flight offering.
Use data and performance insights to track provider output, flag anomalies, and guide continuous improvement.

Requirements

- Analytical Thinking: Ability to put together and present business solutions, lead initiatives from analysis to implementation, and challenge existing processes.
- Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Education & Industry Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field. Experience with GDS, NDC, or aggregator systems is not a must, but a plus.
- Communication Skills: Clear and structured communicator, able to convey insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
