Imagine working in a brand-new container kitchen at Cantin Food Court—Malmö's coolest new food destination. You're not just prepping ingredients. You're helping bring authentic Malaysian and Singaporean hawker culture to Sweden for the first time.

You're learning techniques most Swedish kitchens have never seen. You're part of a food revolution.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

The Day-to-Day (The Real Stuff!)

? Prep work: Chopping, slicing, marinating, measuring
? Cooking support: Assist with cooking, frying, grilling, assembling dishes
?️ Learn exotic ingredients: belacan, pandan, galangal, kaffir lime
? Ingredient prep & organization: Mise en place, stock rotation
? Dishwashing and kitchen cleaning: Maintain a spotless workspace
? Plate & package orders: Ensure every dish looks beautiful
? High-volume service: Fast, efficient, teamwork-focused
? Kitchen cleanliness: Food safety standards, deep cleaning

The Practical Details

Employment Type: Full-time, seasonal contract
Duration: April 1–September 30, 2026 (6 months)
Working Hours: 6 days/week, 8 hours/day (48 hours/week)
Location: Cantin Food Court, Varvsstaden, Malmö
Salary: TBD
Start Date: April 1, 2026 (training starts earlier!)

What We're Looking For

✅ Kitchen experience required
✅ Willingness to learn NEW cuisine
✅ Reliable and punctual

✅ Physical stamina

✅ Comfortable in tight spaces
✅ Food safety/hygiene knowledge
✅ Valid work permit for Sweden
