Flexibility is offered with this role - as you are going to be working on a comfortable home-office basis in Greece.

What the role is about

You’ll be supporting customers who use Dyson products – everything from high-tech vacuums to hair tools and air purifiers.

Your job? Help people get the most out of their devices, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions that make their daily lives easier.

It’s a role where you learn fast, solve real problems, and become a mini expert in Dyson’s technology.

You will:

  • Handle calls, emails and messages from Swedish-speaking Dyson customers
  • Guide users on how to get the best out of their Dyson products
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with clarity and patience
  • Process repairs, warranty claims and replacements
  • Recommend products based on customer needs
  • Communicate in a friendly, professional way that leaves customers feeling supported
Requirements
  • Fluency in Swedish + good English skills
  • A calm, solution-oriented mindset
  • Curiosity about tech (you don’t need to be an engineer!)
  • Strong communication and multitasking abilities
  • A positive attitude and readiness for life in a new country
