What the role is about
You’ll be supporting customers who use Dyson products – everything from high-tech vacuums to hair tools and air purifiers.Your job? Help people get the most out of their devices, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions that make their daily lives easier.
It’s a role where you learn fast, solve real problems, and become a mini expert in Dyson’s technology.
You will:
- Handle calls, emails and messages from Swedish-speaking Dyson customers
- Guide users on how to get the best out of their Dyson products
- Troubleshoot technical issues with clarity and patience
- Process repairs, warranty claims and replacements
- Recommend products based on customer needs
- Communicate in a friendly, professional way that leaves customers feeling supported
- Fluency in Swedish + good English skills
- A calm, solution-oriented mindset
- Curiosity about tech (you don’t need to be an engineer!)
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
- A positive attitude and readiness for life in a new country
