Regional Bulk Planning Specialist

Description
- You will work closely with production, scheduling and distribution to ensure efficient bulk supply across the region
- Lead the bulk planning process from weekly to tactical timeframes using various optimization tools
- Responsible for short-term supply planning, creating actionable plans that guide production and distribution
- Having direct impact on our ability to deliver on time and optimize our operation
- Work with systems such as SAP/SRM and Linde-specific platforms like LCS and iHistorian
- Optimize our logistics network using TBOO
- Provide hands-on operational support to production and distribution
- Plan plant shutdowns and manage bulk supply calculations
- Support cross-functional projects with supply data and insights
- Identify and drive process improvements and productivity initiatives
- Contribute to development and innovation projects
- A university degree in engineering and/or logistics or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
- A solution-oriented mindset and a “get things done” attitude
- Independent working style with high personal drive
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization
