Program manager to a global company in the fashion industry
One of the leading players in the fashion and retail industry is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to steer a complex, multi-year warehouse program based in Stockholm.
This full-time, onsite consulting assignment spans from September 2025 to June 2027, with possible extension. offering a unique opportunity to work with a highly cross-functional product organization.
About the role
You will take the lead in managing a major warehouse transformation program, aligning multiple product teams and stakeholders toward successful delivery. Reporting to the overall program steering committee, you will be responsible for program execution, financial tracking, and stakeholder alignment across the organization.
Responsibilities- Define and manage program roadmaps in alignment with strategic targets
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery from 40+ IT product teams
- Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks and interdependencies
- Track and manage program financials and ensure budget adherence
- Facilitate alignment between business goals and technical execution
- Promote collaboration across product, tech, and business teams
- Deliver regular reporting on program status, risks, and milestones
- Engage with senior stakeholders to manage expectations and drive decisions
About you
You are a senior program manager with a strong track record of driving complex technology programs, ideally with experience in warehouse operations or supply chain logistics. You excel at navigating between strategy and execution, and thrive in environments that require collaboration across multiple teams and domains.Your ability to manage financials, risks, and communications at scale will be critical to success in this role.
Experience and skills- 10+ years of experience in program or project management roles
- Proven experience leading large-scale software development initiatives
- Previous experience with warehouse, logistics, or supply chain projects
- Strong grasp of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-team coordination skills
- Experience managing program-level budgets and reporting
- Based in Stockholm with full-time onsite availability (no remote work)
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
