This role is central to supporting Volvos connected services and printed materials during a pivotal system transition. You will administer machines, monitor systems, and provide crucial text-based support to dealers, ensuring smooth operations as we move to new platforms.

The role requires adaptability and a service-minded approach within a fast-evolving IT landscape.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER

Work tasks

As a System Support Administrator, you will be instrumental in managing the influx and outflow of machines within Volvos service, overseeing operations, and responding to inquiries and orders from dealers. Your primary focus will be on providing system support and facilitating a smooth transition between our old and new platforms, involving significant data management and dealer interaction.

  • System support administration for connected services and printed materials.
  • Manage orders and ensure correct customer setup.
  • Monitor mailbox and provide dealer support (primarily text-based).
  • Manage transition activities from old to new platforms.
  • Perform master data clean-up and matching.
  • Facilitate dealer onboarding.
  • Handle dealer invoicing.
VI SÖKER DIG SOM
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Good knowledge of workstation office programs.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with customer contact and support.
It is meritorious if you have
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with data analysis.
