What you’ll be doing- Provide pragmatic legal guidance across key areas: M&A, intellectual property, commercial contracts, disputes, antitrust, general corporate, data privacy, and regulatory compliance
- Act as a strategic sparring partner to senior leadership and business units – especially during M&A processes and high-stakes commercial agreements
- Take independent ownership of complex legal matters, balancing risk with business reality
- Develop strong working relationships across functions in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Be a key contributor to building a modern, agile legal function in a company on the rise
- Law degree (LLM) with completed legal studies
- Minimum 3 years’ experience from a reputable law firm, preferably within M&A and commercial law
- Previous in-house counsel experience – especially in consumer healthcare, pharma or foods – would be highly valued
- Knowledge of Swedish/Nordic corporate and commercial law
- Excellent skills in English (written and spoken)
- Experience from court clerkship would add value
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- A commercially minded, hands-on team player with a strong ethical compass
