About the Assignment
You will lead a strategic pre-study that will define the future of an organization's Advanced Planning System (APS). The current planning landscape is fragmented, with low adoption, partial use of existing tools, and gaps to group-wide standards.The assignment is about turning that complexity into a clear direction for the next investment decision.
You will work at the intersection of business, IT, and supply chain, engaging stakeholders across demand planning, supply planning, operations, inventory management, S&OP, and integration. Your focus will be to evaluate different future scenarios, create a fact-based recommendation, and outline a high-level roadmap for what comes next.

Job Description- You will lead the pre-study end to end, including planning, governance, and stakeholder management.
- You will structure and drive the work across current state analysis, business and functional requirements, solution evaluation, recommendation, and roadmap.
- You will facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders within demand planning, supply planning, operations, inventory management, S&OP, IT, and integration.
- You will ensure that requirements are structured, comparable, and clearly linked to business value and pain points.
- You will identify risks, dependencies, and trade-offs across the evaluated scenarios.
- You will turn findings into executive-ready material such as requirements and gap analysis, scenario comparisons, decision frameworks, and roadmap recommendations.
- You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including solution architecture, and prepare material for steering committee and decision forums.
- Proven experience leading APS implementations or pre-studies, or large-scale supply chain planning and IT transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning, including demand, supply, inventory, and S&OP.
- Experience facilitating workshops with senior subject matter experts and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to structure business and functional requirements in a clear and comparable way.
- Ability to translate complex input into decision-ready material for executive stakeholders.
- You work in a structured and pragmatic way and can drive progress in environments with many stakeholders.
- Fluent communication skills in Swedish and English.
- Experience with APS platforms such as SAP IBP, Logility, SO99+ or similar.
- Background from industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Experience working in complex organizations with multiple stakeholders and decision forums.
