About the Role

As Deputy Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sustainable, extraordinary growth for Ingka by creating inspiring and convenient customer experiences across multiple channels. Your mission is to strengthen the IKEA brand as trusted, loved, and engaging, while building long-term customer relationships and lifetime value.

You will lead global hubs such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and ensure continuous development of the new IKEA Marketing Model across clusters and retail countries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive growth through customer retention, acquisition, and lifetime value, leveraging performance marketing and data science across the media mix.
  • Develop world-class activation concepts, including membership benefits, rewards, and engagement activities to create lifetime value.
  • Deliver hyper-relevant personalization throughout the customer lifecycle to increase brand awareness, market share, and loyalty.
  • Establish CRM as a major growth contributor for Ingka, ensuring alignment with country sales goals and developing tools and principles for full CRM potential.
  • Build best-in-class digital marketing capabilities across Ingka markets, championing new methods, systems, and processes to improve performance.
  • Collaborate closely with Digital and Communication teams to create impactful engagement solutions and a great customer experience.
What You Bring
  • 10–15 years of international strategic marketing experience, preferably across multiple markets and global brands.
  • Advanced education in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or equivalent.
  • Proven leadership in digital marketing within an omnichannel reality.
  • Experience in business and people transformation, strategic planning, and leading large, multi-functional international teams.
  • Strong knowledge of integrated multichannel marketing strategies and marketing technology.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with IKEA brand, culture, and values.
