Product Manager
What's the role
Hilti Sweden’s marketing is looking for new colleagues! We’re on the hunt for a Product Manager to join us at our Malmö headquarters. This role entails responsibility for a defined product portfolio for the Swedish market and helps drive our Safety agenda.You’ll work at the intersection of marketing, sales, supply chain and compliance—turning strategy into concrete actions that improve how our offering performs in the market. Working closely with the business and influencing key stakeholders, the Product Manager will make a significant difference in product availability, pricing, customer experience, and fostering safe working practices.
What You’ll Bring
We are looking for someone with:
- An education in marketing, business administration, engineering, or a related field — or equivalent experience. What matters is what you bring, not how you got here
- Experience in product marketing, category management, trade marketing, or a commercial sales role with a clear path toward marketing. We welcome career changers with strong business instincts
- Ability to drive results in a cross-functional or matrix environment, influencing stakeholders without direct authority
- Commercial acumen and comfort with pricing, portfolio performance, and data-driven decision-making
- Strong communication skills in Swedish and English
