About the Firm
We're launching a new consultancy built exclusively for senior project and construction leaders who operate in the most demanding, installation-heavy environments. The firm will serve clients in:
- Energy (nuclear, district heating, renewables)
- Transport infrastructure (rail, tunnels, bridges)
- Water and process plants
- Industrial and public-critical environments
No housing. No real estate. No shortcuts. Just complex, high-stakes, high-tech projects where deep experience, precision and credibility matter.
Who You Are
You currently hold a senior leadership role at a large consultancy firms or similar. You lead a P&L-responsible unit such as a region, sector, or specialist business area. You’ve built strong delivery teams, driven profitable growth, and led client relationships in technically advanced projects.Now you’re ready to build a firm that reflects your own standards.
Your background likely includes:
- 10 to 20 years in technical consulting and project leadership
- Early career in design or project and construction management
- Track record delivering major infrastructure, energy, or water/process plant projects
- Progressed to managing full business units with team, budget and strategic ownership
- A steep career path and strong reputation in your ecosystem
- A well-developed network in Sweden’s infrastructure and energy sectors
- Ownership from day one
- Full business support including finance, HR, legal, marketing and systems
- A proven model to build a profitable niche consultancy with 30+ employees in 3 years
- Full autonomy with a trusted partner who believes in long-term success

Flexible, preferably based in Stockholm, Mälardalen or Bergslagen.
