Fulfilment Operations Team Leader, IKEA Älmhult
We are currently looking for Team Leaders for our Fulfilment department at IKEA Älmhult. In Fulfilment, we work to ensure the inflow and outflow of our products in the store – from goods receiving to the sales floor, and until the products leave the store.
Customer Fulfilment is the department that connects supply with the retail market. It’s about meeting customer expectations by having IKEA’s products and services available, when and where customers want them. This is key to growing IKEA by ensuring optimal availability, supply, and efficient customer fulfilment – always at a low cost.

A day in your life with us
As a Team Leader for Fulfilment Operations, you are toghether with the shift leaders responsible for the daily operations of the goods flow in the store. Together with our Fulfilment Operations Manager, you contribute to achieving the department’s goals.You are active in the daily operations while also leading your team to ensure an optimal goods flow.
You will also have personnel responsibility for approximately 15 co-workers, conduct development talks, and plan their future growth and succession within IKEA.
The Fulfilment operations run between 05:00 and 19:30, and you will work with your team during these hours (both day and evening shifts) depending on your and the business’s needs. It is also important that you are able to commute to and from work during these hours.

This is a full-time permanent position (38.25 hours/week). Start date by agreement.
