About the role
Acumant is expanding with new key accounts for which we need to strengthen our team with a Management Consultant/Project Manager to join our Stockholm office.
The role will work closely with one of the Acumant senior partners to deliver key strategic services to one of the key clients, including- Own operational delivery execution across one or more agile teams in an ERP implementation programme, ensuring sprint goals, milestones, and deliverables are met
- Drive cross-functional coordination between Finance and Supply Chain workstreams, managing inter-team dependencies and resolving delivery blockers
- Work hands-on with Product Owners and functional leads to refine, prioritize, and maintain backlogs, ensuring readiness of user stories and clear acceptance criterias
- Prepare and deliver operational-level status updates, sprint summaries, and delivery insights to the Program Manager and key stakeholders
- Act as a coach and enabler for agile ways of working across the delivery teams
- Perform project controlling tasks
- Manage stakeholders both internally and externally

In terms of experience, we think that you have:
- Relevant university degree
- Has a few years of working experience from IT- and ERP projects (MS Dynamics, SAP etc), either as product owner, project manager or business analyst
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing
- Interest in Business and in Tech
- Other experience such as sales, leadership/coordination experience will be considered as well
- Interest in developing and growing yourself
